1 About this policy

MarginNudge is a trading name of MarginNudge Ltd. This policy should be read with the MarginNudge Privacy Notice. Questions may be sent to contact@marginnudge.com.

2 What these technologies are

Cookies are small files stored on a browser or device. Similar technologies include local storage, software development kits, pixels, tags and device identifiers. They can support security and login, remember choices, measure use and help embedded services operate.

3 How we use them

Category	Purpose	MVP treatment
Strictly necessary	Authentication, security, fraud prevention, session management, load balancing, subscription flow, consent preferences and functionality specifically requested by the user.	Used where necessary; these cannot always be switched off in Cookie Settings.
Functional	Remember optional choices and enable enhanced or embedded features such as scheduling.	Used only with consent where required.
Analytics	Understand visits, feature use and performance through tools such as Google Analytics 4 and PostHog. Sensitive quote content and recipient addresses must not be sent in analytics events.	Used with consent under the MarginNudge MVP configuration.
Advertising	Measure or personalise advertising campaigns.	Not intentionally used at MVP launch. If introduced, these technologies will require the appropriate consent and policy update.

4 CookieYes and the current cookie list

CookieYes scans the marketing website and application, categorises detected technologies and displays the current provider, purpose and duration information in the CookieYes preference centre and cookie declaration. That live declaration forms part of this Cookie Policy.

Because cookies can change when the product or website changes, the live CookieYes declaration is the authoritative current list. MarginNudge will rescan both domains after material technology changes and periodically during normal operation.

5 Your choices

When required, non-essential technologies are blocked until you make a choice. You can accept, reject or manage categories through the banner. You can later withdraw or change your choice at any time by selecting Cookie Settings in the website or application footer.

Rejecting optional technologies will not prevent access to the core service, although an optional embedded feature may not operate until its category is enabled. You can also control cookies through browser settings, but blocking strictly necessary storage may prevent login or other requested functionality.

6 Services that may use these technologies

CookieYes, to record and apply cookie choices.
Supabase and application infrastructure, for authentication, security and session operation.
Google Analytics 4, for website analytics where enabled.
PostHog, for product analytics and adoption measurement where enabled.
Calendly, if its scheduling functionality is embedded or opened from the website.
Stripe, where required to provide checkout and subscription functions.

7 Retention

The duration of each detected cookie or similar technology is shown in Cookie Settings. Some expire when the browser session ends; others remain for the period shown unless deleted sooner. CookieYes also retains evidence of consent for the period configured by MarginNudge or required to demonstrate compliance.

8 International processing

Some providers may process device or usage information outside the United Kingdom. Our Privacy Notice and Subprocessor List explain the safeguards used for relevant international transfers.

9 Changes

We may update this policy when our technology, providers or legal obligations change. Cookie Settings will show the current technologies detected. We will request fresh consent where a change requires it.
